The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents specific privacy protections. DemandTeq is committed to meeting these requirements and maintaining transparency about how we collect, use, and share personal information. This notice supplements our main Privacy Policy and includes CCPA-specific details.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age.

Your CCPA Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  2. Request a copy of the personal information collected within the last 12 months.
  3. Request the deletion of your personal data, except where retention is required for:

    • Legal compliance
    • Public interest research

  4. Opt out of the sale of your personal information, where applicable.
  5. Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

We allow two information requests within 12 months. To process your request, we must verify your identity. You will receive a response within 45 days.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information. For all requests, you must provide your full legal name, your home address, your cell phone number, your email address, which consumer right you are calling about, and what your request is. You may be asked for additional proof of identity as well.
